What is the return policy?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

You will be charged a flat of $10 for return shipping or more depending on the size of the item. This will be determined by our support team.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you
received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll
also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Are any purchases final sale?

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Dispatch times will vary depending on our stock levels and our supplier's stock levels, You may receive an email from us if your order is delayed.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Afterpay, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, MasterCard, PayPal, Shop Pay, UnionPay, Visa and EFT/Bank Transfer.

Please include your order number in EFT/Bank Transfers and send the remittance to admin@compucomgroup.com.au

To use Zip and Klarna Cards, please checkout with the card's details. Please note you may have to generate a one-time card for Klarna.

Can I pick up my order?

Unfortunately, we do not accept pickups at the moment.
